At On the GLO, every appointment is intentionally designed to provide personalized, unrushed care. To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies prior to booking.


Appointments & Booking

A valid card on file is required to reserve all appointments. Bookings are confirmed once your appointment is scheduled and all required forms are completed.


Payment

Payment is due at the time of service.
For telehealth and wellness visits, payment is processed at the time of booking or prior to your appointment.

Aesthetic services are paid at the time of treatment.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours, or missed appointments, will be charged in full. This allows us to respect reserved time and accommodate other clients.


Concierge Model & Travel

On the GLO operates through a personalized concierge model. Travel fees may apply outside primary service areas and will be discussed at the time of booking.

A minimum service amount may be required for mobile appointments.


Consultations

Aesthetic consultations are included with treatment. If no treatment is performed, a $100 consultation fee applies. This fee may be credited toward a future visit.


Refunds & Packages

All services are non-refundable.

Prepaid packages must be used within the specified timeframe and are non-transferable. We are committed to working with you to achieve your desired outcome and will address any concerns as part of your treatment plan.


Results

Individual results vary. While we strive for natural, high-quality outcomes, no specific results can be guaranteed.


Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled in order to respect the time of other clients.


Communication

Between-visit communication is reserved for scheduling and brief follow-up questions. Ongoing care, treatment adjustments, and new concerns require a scheduled appointment to ensure you receive the attention and care you deserve.
